The AJ� high anion dispersed rosin size produced in this factory is a new sizing agent in paper pulp making. The dispersed rosin is better than strengthened rosin in sizing by lowering rosin, aluminum sulphate and brightener consumption and with the advantages of easy to operate and 100 percent free rosin contented etc. Meanwhile it also contains synthetic polymer emulsion to give an excellent sizing effect.
In sizing process the Highly Dispersed Rosin and its rosin acid by means of emulsifiers can be highly dispersed and spread out in the paper fiber surface, and its free rosin acid particle softening temperature gets lower, so it becomes easier, more uniform distribution, positioning and fixation on the fiber surface.

5. This product should not be mixed with other common saponification glue. The pulp slurry pond should be cleaned when used alternatively.
6. Normally positive sizing is used, but reverse and continuous sizing can also be used before netting. Before use it must be diluted with cold water to about 2% concentration and then gradually added into the slurry in order to mix evenly.
7. The PH value is most important when using this dispersed rosin. The best PH range is 4.5 ~ 5.5.
